In Shadow of the Erdtree, some areas are pretty difficult to get to – just like in the Elden Ring main game. It’s worth trying to get to as many areas as possible in Shadow of the Erdtree, because of the Scadutree Fragments. These are the collectibles that let you power up, because normal levelling doesn’t work the same way as it does in the main game.
Start off at Storehouse, First Floor Site of Grace, and then head round to the left and through the doorway. and then take the lift down.
Come out of the lift and take an immediate right turn. Head down this hallway but watch out: a pot monster will leap out at you from a doorway on the left.
Take that left turn from whence the pot man came, and then leap over the balcony. You will then find yourself in a hall of horrible pot men, and you need to get to the very end of it.
At the far end, go either left or right – it doesn’t matter, as they both lead to the same place – and go down the stairs. At the end of this room, you will spot a Site of Grace. It’s the West Rampart Site of Grace. Activate that sucker, and have a rest if you got battered by the pot men.
Once you are rested, head through the small doorway there, and you will come out onto a long old bridge – you’re nearly there!
Get onto Torrent and ride at full pelt across this bridge; you can avoid the enemies here and hoover up the dropped loot, or you can fight them. It’s your call. At the end of the bridge, you will spot a foe readying a fire spell, but just ride past them and head into the doorway on the right.
Then, head all the way up this spiralling staircase, and take the lift up.
You will then emerge out onto a platform, and you will see the Viaduct Minor Tower Site of Grace ahead of you. Save here, and then walk forwards a few paces and . . .
