Shadow of the Erdtree brings a number of cool additions to Elden Ring. We have new Spirit Ashes, new weapons, and new Crystals. There are also new consumables and spells. The Rings of Spectral Light is a new sorcery in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. And it’s one you may want to track down, doubly so if you’re a magic build. It basically shoots light projectiles at your enemies, which deal damage and cause frost build-up. And you can charge it up to do even more damage.
Where to get the Rings of Spectral Light in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree
Starting in Charo’s Hidden Grave, you want to head west an up the slope of red flowers toward the waterfalls. (If you aren’t sure how to get to Charo’s Hidden Grave,then check out our guide on whether or not to devour the Draconic Essence, as that shows you where the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion Site of Grace is, and it’s only a short ride from there to Charo’s Hidden Grave.)
Carry on up as high as you can, skirting the pool near the summit of the waterfall. And make your way up and over and to the left.
You will then enter an area with a load of those bird in it, and they’re all perched and looking ready to pounce at you. Just to the right, there is an altar with a giant bird statue on it. That is where you will find the Rings of Spectral Light.
Quickly get in there and nab the spell, because a number of birds there are going to spring into action and start attacking you. Either make a break for it or fight them – your choice. But enjoy your new sorcery!
