Shadow of the Erdtree is filled with out-of-the-way sneaky areas, and they all have good reasons to visit. Your basic mission, early on in this DLC, should be to just go hoovering up the Scadutree Fragments. Bonny Village is a tucked-away little spot in Shadow of the Erdtree, and it has a number of cool things to pick up. You’ll find that it’s located on Scadu Altus, in a way, but actually getting there takes you round the houses. Here is how to get there!
How to get to Bonny Village in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree
Start off at the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace, and get on Torrent. Gallop towards the ruins, directly ahead of you, and you will find a big old hole in the ground, like a sinkhole. This next bit is where you have to be careful, because you need to make your way down without falling to your death.
Hop down onto the tiled roof that you can see from above. Once you’re there, you need to cheese your way down, by using Torrent’s double-jump to get to little snaggy patches of rock.
From this totally legit position, you can then hop your way down. Do that, and then head through the archway and open the chest ahead to pick up the Golden Arcs. Watch out down here for the fire-breathing enemies.
Once you’ve picked that up, get back onto Torrent and leap down to the balcony below you.
From there, you can leap down again, and you will find your way through a cave passage.
You will then find a ladder, at the end of this passage, which will take you up a long way until you find yourself climbing out of a well.
When you climb out the well, congratulations: you are now in Bonny Village, which is slightly less delightful than its name suggests.
It’s worth poking around thoroughly here, as there are a number of cool items to find in Bonny Village:
