There are twelve Lost Labs, one per area. They are all marked on your compass as a question mark, making them really easy to track down and eliminating the need for a guide. Simply head inside each one to count toward this achievement. For the purposes of this achievement, you don't need to go all the way inside them or interact with the terminals inside.
