Local Celebrity Achievement in Little Kitty, Big City

This will assuredly not happen naturally at all, and will likely be one of your last achievements to grind out. You'll want to meow at humans who are holding cell phones. Most will ignore you, but some will stop to take a picture of you.

As far as I know, people will randomly decide to take a picture of you if you're wearing a hat and emoting, or wearing a hat and carrying something unique (like you can find from trash cans). I personally never had this happen during by entire blind run of this game (i.e. no guides and just general exploring and completing everything). Thankfully, there is a reliable way to grind it out. Equip any hat, go to a location with high human traffic, such as near grandma's market or near the supermarket, use the 'Sit' emote, and meow as people walk past. If they have a phone they will likely take a picture of you. It'll probably still take 20-30 minutes to grind out, but it's the fastest way.
