Killer Kitty Achievement in Little Kitty, Big City

There are only two dangerous items that I'm aware of:
 

• There is a sword inside the garbage can by the yellow soccer ball/net, which is also the Chameleon's "alley" location
• There is a pair of scissors at grandma's market

Grab either and then sprint around a human to unlock this achievement. You don't need to actually trigger a person to flee from you and then chase them. This achievement unlocked for me before the human even reacted.
