There's no way to speed up the playthrough significantly, the only thing u can do is roaming around and gathering all the available main and side quests as soon as possible, then look at the quest log and try to complete the quests giving higher number of resistance points and all the outposts first. The difficulty level is annoying only at a few spots ( 4th timed trial on Jacob's territory, Faith boss fight for example ) but it's manageable without too much struggling. At the end, u need to choose resist and fight the Father (it's an annoying part as well but still manageable) the "walk away" option won't unlock the achievement. What u can avoid: in case u finished the previous playthrough with enough money and u r satisfied with the unlocked perks layout, u will start this NG+ run with that setup so u can pass the Prepper stashes, hunting, fishing etc.

Several ppl on trueachievements tried this shortcut and didn't work.

I started the infamous playthrough yesterday, it's not that bad with all the unlocked perks, weapons and money brought from the previous run. The enemies deal significantly more damage, especially the snipers, but it's manageable. Getting Jesse and Hurk as companions right after liberating Dutch's island helps a lot.

How are the requierements for the Different paths achievement? I just started the game, completed the 1st memory on normal with max score ( 8xshadow gold, all optional objectives, all collectibles) and the progress tracker didn't move up to 10%. Is it glitchy, the progress tracker isn't working or it must be done on plus?

Are the maximum scores per level required same way as in the previous ones? For me it shows 5,3 GB

None of the achievements are tracked on the app - at least for the retail copy as I played that one. If You didn't start the game yet, better to wait for the incoming patch at early July ( promised by Andre Nguyen from MaximumGames yesterday ) as it will fix the broken Chameleon achievement plus a few more issues. Personally I'm waiting for the patch excited, only 2 cheevos left for me incl. the broken one, hope to see this game as completed on my shelve soon.

Hi guys, could anyone tell me that 4 controllers ( main account + 3 guests ) could be taken into a squad and go into social matches or not? I have a friend with 4 controllers, same here by me so we could finish all the online achievements superfast if it works, but I'm afraid only 1 guest can be signed in from one console.

that's correct, downloaded a few minutes ago, no achievements, same type of missions as the D&D ones.

My opinion is the same, but hopefully we'll find it out today, if the rumours are correct the dlc will show up in the evening. If not, we need to wait till thursday. Chances are 50/50, or maybe70/30 in favor of no achievements:)

Could anyone figure out if achievements will be there for the dlc? I started to watch the Live stream, the dlc looks pretty good same as the main game but after a while I left bcs the annoying retarded idiot kids started to overwhelm the chat channel and no real questions were answered except the release date (next week)

Dragon's smoke is less problematic using a backup save, but the Incense burner is a more difficult story. That one requires to make correct choices during the investigations and conversations so the press will like You and praise You - as the achievement description says - in the very last newspaper after gettin' back home from the Sccotland Yard. When u r goin' for the Large donkey achievement doin' a lot of mistakes, the press won't like You ever and the cheevo won't unlock (as it happened to me and needed another quick run up to that point w/o makin' mistakes at all)

Thanks for the reply, meantime I tested my own theory and it worked well for the mentioned achievements, right after meating the criterias for them and gettin' back online the achievements unlocked while the console retrieved the save file from the cloud. The problem is - as You mentioned - that there are 2 more achievements, Incense burner and Dragon's smoke they definitely need an other partial playthrough because goin' for the Large donkey achievement voids both of them. Everything else will unlock via following the PS guide. Btw the gamepressure guide is absolutely fine as well, when I checked that one last time it was still incomplete somewhere in the middle of the 3rd chapter but as I see now it's complete. So, the method is working but doesn't spare that much time bcs of that 2 further achievements...

hi guys, after browsing through the detailed trophy walkthrough on the sister site I was thinking abt a method, how to obtain all achievements within one playthrough. here's what I figured out: 1. Start the game online and play it up to the point where the Cortex achievement unlocks and the game autosaves. 2. Quit yr game there, pull out the internet cable, continue playin' offline till the Sheriff moustache achievement unlocks normally. It won't obviously bcs u r offline, but after idling a minute or two in the game then snapping to the achievements the Sheriff moustache cheevo must be in "done - unlocking" status. 3. Quit the game here again, delete the local save file, get back online and continue the game via retrieving the previous save from the cloud, do the job following the other path which leads towards the Large donkey achievement. 4. Do the steps 1-3 again before getting the Gandhi moustache achievement. What do u think guys, could this be a possible method for getting 100% within one playthrough? Is there a chance for the 2 achievements never unlocking? Pls let me know what u think, I didn't start the game yet but want to jump into it this weekend and I don't have any external HDD/pen drive so this could be the only way for a 1-playthrough-method for me.

Is the online part boostable somehow with only 4 ppl or the randoms can't be avoided at all? I've read somethin' abt starting a fresh server but how's the method?
