7 Days to Die kinda screwed me over

Back when they had a kickstarter campaign. I donated 200$. It's been 3 or 4 years now(possibly 5 years?) since the kickstarter campaign ended. I have yet to receive anything from them. I had to buy the game just to get in on Steam. I should have received the game plus a extra copy, t-shirt, poster, and a location in the game to be named after me (Dr Monocle). I havn't heard anyword from them on this. I even tried contacting their support about a year or two ago and they never responded to that.

Anyone have advice? Should I just give up?

Take to social media, public shaming is the quickest way to get a reaction from a big company post this on their facebook and tweet them see what happens? My condolences though that is a shame, also could you perhaps contact kickstarter ?
