once you enter a new level bracket ie 40 just travel around a bit and the new tier of gear should start popping up in shops and loot, I saw them long before I hit the next level. Also you can get all the way up to tier X gear on you first playthrough, by then end my first run I was level 115 only thing that caps is your A.V.P. points at nexus level 20 Cheers,

Is it possible to save scum the crates? (saving before opening, if you don't like what you got reload the save and try again) I know some people frown upon it but a UR weapon early on an insanity run can be quite helpful.

they're character specific I think. grove street = franklin and vinewood = michael

Citadel DLC should be saved for last ie right before final mission arc and have met/acquired all notable characters so you will have more people at your party and add more dialog option but from a cheevo standpoint it doesn't matter when you do it but from what I heard in the ign video i got my information from you should be adequately leveled as there will be some *tough* fights especially if its anything like omega. I think it only becomes available after priority: Citadel 1 or 2, I'm just heading meet with the diplomats now so I haven't got far enough to unlock it yet hope this helps you. Cheers,

some one already did although not too sure if its much quicker thers a spot where you can get unliited copies "The Book of Oblivion" that will respawn in a skele's corpse as soon as you exit the window. hard part is off loading them they sell for 20-30 each with low-moderate speech skills item says its worth 50 tho and not every vendor buys books and most of them only had about 750ish gold a vid is below http://youtu.be/HSyjqVj4mfA also to note it IS a good idea to bring your horse along as you can still fast travel while over-encumbered so long on you mounted on a horse i have tested and was still able to fast travel while being 3200+ over weight (firewood not books I wish) as always the book weighs 1 unit a pop EDIT: can't seem to embed it properly theres a link anyways Cheers,

i just used the money cheat to amass the 5 mil needes for the key in the sancturary and am about to head to aurora and I'm aleady up to 14 mil but seriously you just need a like 2-3 mil to get your real estate set up then you can start raking in the dough if your evil and set everything to highest rent/prices. then every once in a while check the condition of you properties if it reaches 0 you wont get any rent from them. bowerstone can be a gold mine but can get tedious with so many houses to look after.

I am in the same boat as the OP not having unlocked the lasso yet I killed all guards and he ran off i tried chasing after him on my horse as he was running off on foot, i get off to beat him down but the little turd stole my horse thinking it was him I accidentally killed an innocent rider. either way I had a cheapo horse to chase him with took me a while to catch up my horse was FAST and the random nutter's horse was poo. suffice to say I ended up having to shoot him, then on the way back I had hit squads on me for some reason coming at me in groups of 3 on horses. so thanks or the intel on where to get the lasso Cheers,

LoL someone should tell that to EA and they ARE the biggest developer out there and their server are always having problems it's not about size it's about how much they care about their customers over the big $$$. R* Isn't the worst EA takes that prize hands down followed by SOE. R* certainly aint the best either, but fairly good from my experiences so give it a few days they should get things sorted. Cheers,

I agree at first i was stupid and held it down then I discovered just tapping it is ten times faster even with the upgraded scanners, be sure to grab the probe storage upgrades as well I just got my second one from the assassin, I forget where i got the first one from. i have all normandy upgrades available to me currently except for the med bay, bit of a waste of 50k plat if you ask me.

look for the "garden" (like earth) and and "post-garden" worlds (helyme, etamis) which has rich eezro deposites along the equator. those are the only two planet classes which will contain any eezro.
