Is there a way to play TBOGT on Series S? I bought and downloaded it, but after I did that, the store says the game is unavailable??

What happens when you launch the game? Or are you saying you bought the DLC but don't own the game yet? If there's an issue with the store on console, maybe try using Xbox.com to buy it there, and then install it on your console.
