You could try, but it's likely they'll give you the runaround. Most companies respond when you contact them on Twitter, although I don't know what their handle is. You can try finding it or an email on their website or by googling them.

The number in parenthesis is the number of comments that achievement has, not how many people unlocked it. The symbol to the left of the number is simply a dialogue box for the comments. Those symbols are what we call 'tags'. They tell you what is needed to unlock the achievement. For your screenshot, the profile face/torso means 'single player', the book means 'story related' and the download symbol means it's an offline/online achievement (faded green is offline and brighter green is online [multiplayer]). Before the site update in September 2020, we could assign tags to every achievement. After the update, we can't anymore, and it's become an automatic thing. How accurate it is I do not know, nor do I know what a few of them mean, such as the rook/castle tower. It's mainly a forgotten thing when it was once a major feature in 2015. Example of tags, both pre-update and post-update. The green images are post-update tags that were automatically assigned.
