- Phoenix Red AwardWin the Phoenix Red AwardEarn the Phoenix Red Award at the Idol Academy Awards. This requires earning 100,000 fans (10?) in the Kyoto-area region of Japan (??), then beating the Utahime-Utaouji Festival (?????????) that appears there. It is okay if your fan count subsequently drops below 100K in the area after you beat the festival.
Black Pearl Award
Win the Black Pearl AwardEarn the Black Pearl Award at the Idol Academy Awards. This requires earning 100,000 fans (10?) in the western region of Japan (?), then beating the Utahime-Utaouji Festival (?????????) that appears there. It is okay if your fan count subsequently drops below 100K in the area after you beat the festival.
- Ocean Blue AwardWin the Ocean Blue AwardEarn the Ocean Blue Award at the Idol Academy Awards. This requires earning 100,000 fans (10?) in the southern region of Japan (?), then beating the Utahime-Utaouji Festival (?????????) that appears there. It is okay if your fan count subsequently drops below 100K in the area after you beat the festival.
- Top IdolReach top position on the Dotop TV chartsHave a single reach first place on the Dotop TV sales charts. CD sales are most influenced by song high score, fan awareness, and which of your five singles it is (later CDs sell better).
- Snow White AwardWin the Snow White AwardEarn the Snow White Award at the Idol Academy Awards. This requires earning 100,000 fans (10?) in the northeast region of Japan (??), then beating the Utahime-Utaouji Festival (?????????) that appears there. It is okay if your fan count subsequently drops below 100K in the area after you beat the festival.
- Forest Green AwardWin the Forest Green AwardEarn the Forest Green Award at the Idol Academy Awards. This requires earning 100,000 fans (10?) in the central region of Japan (??), then beating the Utahime-Utaouji Festival (?????????) that appears there. It is okay if your fan count subsequently drops below 100K in the area after you beat the festival.
- Novice ProducerReach Producer Level 03This requires earning a final grade of {C or B} when on producer level 02, or {S or A} when on producer level 01.
- Ordinary ProducerReach Producer Level 04This requires earning a final grade of {C or B} when on producer level 03, or {S or A} when on producer level 02.
- Mainstay ProducerReach Producer Level 05This requires earning a final grade of {B or A} when on producer level 04, or {S or A} when on producer level 03.
- IA Grand PrixWin the Idol Academy Grand PrixEarn the IA Grand Prix at the Idol Academy Awards. This requires having an overall total of at least 300,000 (30?) fans and at least one song in the top 10 of Dotop TV at the end of the game.
- PERFECT IAWin the Idol Academy Grand Prix in all catagoriesEarn all six awards (Snow White, Forest Green, Phoenix Red, Black Pearl, Ocean Blue, Grand Prix) at the Idol Academy Awards. This must be done in the same playthrough
- Beginner ProducerReach Producer Level 02This requires earning a final grade of {D, C, or B} when on producer level 01.
- Top 5Reach the Top 5 on the Dotop TV chartsHave a single place in the top 5 on the Dotop TV sales charts. CD sales are most influenced by song high score, fan awareness, and which of your five singles it is (later CDs sell better).
- Fight! Rising Moon!Participate in the Rising Moon festivalYou will earn this automatically after the forced loss to Ryuuguu Komachi in week 10 of your first playthrough.
- Finish in a Flash! Odyssey!Participate in the Odyssey festivalYou will earn this automatically after the forced tie with Amagase Touma in week 31 of your first playthrough.
- Gather! IA Nominations Presentation!Appear at IA Nomination CeremonyAppear at the announcement ceremony nominating candidates for the Idol Academy Grand Prix award. You will earn this automatically after singing at the ceremony in week 41 of your first playthrough. To earn your spot here, you must either have a single in the top 20 by week 36 or beat the IA Survivor audition in week 40. If you do not succeed at earning the CD ranking, the story mode will automatically send you to the audition.
- Go! Our First Job!Go to a job with your idolComplete your first promotional job (TV, radio, events, etc.) with your idol unit. You will earn this automatically after the job you do during week 1 of your first playthrough.
- Compete! Our First Audition!Complete your first auditionYou will earn this automatically after The Debut audition in week 3 of your first playthrough.
- Aim for it! Our First Ranked Single!Rank in the Dotop TV charts for the first timeHave a single place in the top 100 on the Dotop TV sales charts. This should happen around week 6 of your first playthrough if you pick out your single at your first chance in week 3.
- Top 50Reach the top 50 on the Dotop TV chartsHave a single place in the top 50 on the Dotop TV sales charts. CD sales are most influenced by song high score, fan awareness, and which of your five singles it is (later CDs sell better).
- Top 20Reach the top 20 on the Dotop TV chartsHave a single place in the top 20 on the Dotop TV sales charts. CD sales are most influenced by song high score, fan awareness, and which of your five singles it is (later CDs sell better).
- Top 10Reach the top 10 on the Dotop TV chartsHave a single place in the top 10 on the Dotop TV sales charts. CD sales are most influenced by song high score, fan awareness, and which of your five singles it is (later CDs sell better).
- Take 'em Down! FIRE BALL!Participate in the Fire Ball festivalYou will earn this after defeating Jupiter in week 54 of your first playthrough. They are tough, but if you fail, the game will rewind and give you a chance to raise your stats then try again. Eventually, you will beat them. This achievement is toughest on your first play due to not having many equippable items unlocked yet.
- Fear! The Training from Hell!Go through the Training from HellImpose the Training from Hell upon your idol unit. This is a special running minigame that pumps up your stats, but it can only be accessed by needing some "help" with the official storyline events. It is highly likely that you will encounter at least one if not all of these during your first playthrough. There are three ways to access it:
- Fail to beat Ryuuguu Komachi at Fujisan Rock in week 21, which is the second time you face them (you are supposed to win the second time). The game will rewind to week 20 and impose hell training, looping until you win the festival.
- Fail to get any single in the top 20 of Dotop TV by week 36. Week 39 will be the hell training, and week 40 will be the IA Survivor Audition as the secondary way to get an IA Nomination. No rewind is required for Option 2.
- Fail to beat Jupiter at Fire Ball in week 54. The game will rewind to week 53 and impose hell training, looping until you win the festival.
- Collaborate! Our First Quintet Live!Perform a quintet live performanceSuccessfully perform a quintet live with all idols showing up and participating. Win the live with your regular unit, then the two extra girls you invited will come for the encore (or ditch you). If they show, you will unlock this achievement.
- Strawberry AwardComplete the game with 1 idol as the leaderComplete the game having used one idol as group leader. This will unlock after your first playthrough. The achievement title is a wordplay pun on (ichi / one) and (ichigo / strawberry).
- Carrot AwardComplete the game with 2 idols as the leaderComplete the game having fully produced two different idols as group leader (cumulative across playthroughs). The achievement title is a wordplay on (ni / two) and (ninjin / carrot).
- Sundae AwardComplete the game with 3 idols as the leaderComplete the game having fully produced three different idols as group leader (cumulative across playthroughs). The achievement title is a wordplay on (san / three) and (sandee / sundae).
- Hibiki and IComplete the game with Hibiki Ganaha as the leaderFinish the game with Hibiki Ganaha as unit leader.
- Sicilian Orange AwardComplete the game with 7 idols as the leaderComplete the game having fully produced seven different idols as group leader (cumulative across playthroughs). The achievement title is a wordplay on (shichi / seven) and (shichirianorenji / Sicilian oranges).
- Honey AwardComplete the game with 8 idols as the leaderComplete the game having fully produced eight different idols as group leader (cumulative across playthroughs). The achievement title is a wordplay on (hachi / eight) and (hachimin / honey).
- Creampuff AwardComplete the game with 9 idols as the leaderComplete the game having fully produced all nine different idols as group leader (cumulative across playthroughs). The achievement title is a wordplay on (ku / nine) and (kuriimu / cream).
- Yogurt AwardComplete the game with 4 idols as the leaderComplete the game having fully produced four different idols as group leader (cumulative across playthroughs). The achievement title is a wordplay on (yon / four) and (yooguruto / yogurt).
- Sesame Seed AwardComplete the game with 5 idols as the leaderComplete the game having fully produced five different idols as group leader (cumulative across playthroughs). The achievement title is a wordplay on (go / five) and (goma / sesame seeds).
- Jelly Roll AwardComplete the game with 6 idols as the leaderComplete the game having fully produced six different idols as group leader (cumulative across playthroughs). The achievement title is a wordplay on (roku / six) and (roorukeeki / jelly roll).
- Takane and IComplete the game with Takane Shijou as the leaderFinish the game with Takane Shijou as unit leader.
- IdolmasterReach Producer Level 09This requires earning a final grade of {A} when on producer level 08, or {S} when on producer level 07.
- True IdolmasterReach Producer Level 10This requires earning a final grade of {S} when on producer level 08 or 09. You must also have produced with each of the idols at least once as either a leader or unit member in order to unlock the achievement
- Haruka and IComplete the game with Haruka Amami as the leaderFinish the game with Haruka Amami as unit leader.
- Skilled ProducerReach Producer Level 06This requires earning a final grade of {B or A} when on producer level 05, or {S} when on producer level 04.
- Famous ProducerReach Producer Level 07This requires earning a final grade of {A} when on producer level 06, or {S} when on producer level 05.
- Super-Famous ProducerReach Producer Level 08This requires earning a final grade of {A} when on producer level 07, or {S} when on producer level 06.
- Yukiho and IComplete the game with Yukiho Hagiwara as the leaderFinish the game with Yukiho Hagiwara as unit leader.

- Ryuuguu Komachi and ISuccessfully perform a concert with a Ryuuguu Komachi member as a guestPerform a quintet live concert with any Ryuuguu Komachi member (Iori, Ami, or Azusa) as a guest. They will become available to invite after you beat RK at Fujisan Rock in week 21.
- Ritsuko and ISuccessfully perform a concert with Ritsuko Akizuki as a guestPerform a quintet live concert that includes Ritsuko Akizuki as a guest. She becomes available to invite after you answer her questions correctly in all conversation segments during weeks 8 and 30.Week 8: ?????????&???????????Week 30: ???????&????????????
