Introduction:
Welcome to Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse, the third game from the Muv-Luv virtual novel series. This game has 24 achievements with a total of 1000. If you follow this guide, you will be able to get all the achievements in approximately one hour.
Preparation:
After the "Press Start Button" screen go to "OPTION." First option circle: select left option; second option circle: select middle option; third option circle: select right option. This will enable the fast forward option in-game while holding down (I used a rubber band. Press
to exit to the main menu.
Walkthrough:
Twenty-two achievements are story related and will unlock during the course of the game. Start a new game an hold down for the whole time to speed up the dialogues. After around 5 minutes, you will need to make your first (out of three) decision. It doesn't matter what you choose, so just pick any answer you like.
Three minutes later, the second decision needs to be made. Again, choose any answer you like. Roughly two minutes after the second decision, the third one comes up. Choose any answer you like, it won't affect any achievements. Now the game will last for about an hour where you don't have to do anything (except for holding down ).
At the end of the game, a window will pop up with "YES“ and "NO" to choose from. Choose "YES" to save the game.
Mop Up:
Back in the Main Menu select "PREMIUM" then "CHAPTER" to unlock the Chapter achievement. Now go back and choose "ALBUM" to unlock the Album achievement. Congratulations, you will now have 1000 in Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse.
Conclusion:
All in All, Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse is one of the easiest NTSC-J games out there. You should not have any troubles at all getting the full 1000.
