Introduction:
Sakura Flamingo Archives is a collection of shooting games, namely:

Chaosfield
Radirgy
Karous
Illmatic Envelope
Radirgy Noa

It also contains a new mixture mode and death mode which seem to be based on Illmatic Envelope. Chaosfield tends to crash every now and then.

Most of the achievements are pretty easy, except one ("Death Guardian") - and this single achievement is the reason why this game gets a 10/10 rating on achievement difficulty.

Controls:
Karous, Radirgy, Illmatic Envelope:

Not doing anything brings up a mini-shield in front of you that absorbs any bullet that hit it.
auto-fires your regular shot.
or deploys a large shield that absorbs anything in range.
or short range sword.

Radirgy Noa:

auto-fires your regular shot.
deploys a large shield that absorbs anything in range.
short range sword.

Chaosfield:

auto-fires your regular shot.
short range sword
change field
homing laser (if charged)
deploy shield (if charged)

Basics:

For every game except Radirgy Noa: You will never collide with any enemy. Just shots can kill you.
Some enemies are invulnerable to normal shot, they flash green, you can only destroy them with your sword.
The longer you play one of the games, the more credits you will unlock.
Every boss will eventually time out.

Step 1:
Clear Mixture Mode. It's the easiest mode of all with unlimited credits.

Step 2:
Clear all Revision Modes, namely Chaosfield, Radirgy, Karous, Illmatic Envelope, Radirgy Noa. If you have problems, keep playing, the more play time you've racked up in each game, the more credits you will get.

Step 3:
Survive 20 minutes in Death Mode. Unless there's a cheat, glitch or you are a shooter god, you will not unlock this, because death mode is absolutely insane. The online leaderboard currently shows 12:26 as record. I made it to 4:16 so far.

Chaosfield

ラジルギのアブゾネット倍率16倍まで上げる。
Once you use your shield ( or ), every absorbed shot is added to your multiplier bar. Use the sword to quickly recharge the shield and deploy it again. Repeat this until you get the 16x multiplier and the achievement. The easiest way is to exploit a boss. Absorb with your shield, die, collect the shield charge item, deploy the shield again, repeat.
Karous

Karous Sakura

The flower is hidden just before the boss of stage two. Shoot the object in the screenshot to reveal it, then collect it for the achievement.
Karous Level Max

カラスのいずれかの装備をレベル100まで上げる。
This is not the level number you see on the upper right side. Karous has three skills on the left you can level up: Main Shot, Sword and Shield. Obviously, it's easiest to get the main shot to level 100. Keep using it and it will keep leveling up.
Illvelo

裏面に突入する。
You just have to touch one of those flashing exits that keep appearing in every stage to do a field change. After doign this once, the achievement is yours.
Ill Level Max

イルベロのいずれかの装備をレベル300まで上げる。
Illmatic Envelope has three skills you can level up: Main Shot, Sword and Shield. Obviously, it's easiest to get the main shot to level 300. Keep using it and it will keep leveling up.
Radirgy Noa

ラジルギノアのアブゾネット倍率16倍時に溜め切りで敵を倒す。
Once you use your shield () and you absorb bullets, a multiplier is added to your score. Absorb enough bullets and use the sword to recharge a second shield, activate it again immediately. Do this until you reach the 16x multiplier. Now you have to destroy any enemy with the power slash. When not using the sword, it will charge and you can do a power slash after a short time. If you destroy an enemy and a "16x2" pops up, the achievement will unlock.
Mixture

Death Guardian

Unlocks once you've survived 20 Minutes in Death Mode. This is by far the toughest achievement of the game. If you get hit, the game is immediately over, and death mode gets tough very fast.
