Introduction:
Lies of P is an action-RPG in the template of FromSoftware’s works – Bloodborne and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice especially. It is also a reimagining of The Adventures of Pinocchio, by Carlo Collodi, and it’s set in a technology-infested Belle Époque-inspired burgh called Krat. Its world resembles a blend of BioShock Infinite and Bloodborne – imagine Columbia and Yarnham fused together. Your job, as P, a young puppet boy, is to hack and slash your way through Krat in search of Gepetto, your creator. After that, you have to get to the bottom of what went wrong in this place, and why all of its robotic puppet servants went nuts and embarked a murder spree.

The achievements are quite varied. Some involve you really getting deep into exploring Krat and uncovering a string of its secrets. Others are simple and unavoidable, tied to basic story progression. There are also a couple of missable achievements, which are tied to the game’s multiple endings – each of which requires you to play a certain way. All in all, it’s a challenging 1,000gs.png to get.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:

Step 1 – Play the main adventure and decide on your style
In Lies of P, the way that you play through the game is affected by your own playstyle, and on the ending that you’re going after. You can change the way that you fight and the powers and abilities that you choose to equip P with, and must also decide – this being, at root, a twist on the Pinocchio story – on whether you want to be honest or not. The story will throw up several choices, which give you the chance to lie or to be honest. In Lies of P, you'll have to do 2 playthroughs (with some save backup jiggery-pokery):The third ending achievement, Real boy : They all lived happily ever after (70G), can be unlocked with a lie or a truth playthrough. You just have to decide to give Gepetto the heart at the end - which you don’t do in the previous aforementioned endings. In order to unlock this one as part of your initial/follow-up playthrough, save at the Under the Abyss Stargazer and quit, and your save will upload to the cloud. Then, once you have unlocked this achievement, you can hit the Xbox button, hover over Lies of P and click Manage Game, then delete your local save files and force quit the Lies of P app. Then, when you restart the game, it will automatically download your cloud save, and you can go for your lie or truth ending.

The basic structure of the adventure, that of battling through Krat and grappling with the mystery of its history, will net you a barrage of achievements. Each one of the main bosses, for example, will yield a achievement for defeating them. Parade Master (15G), Scrapped Watchman (15G), King’s Flame (15G), Fallen Archbishop (15G), etc. Along with those, you will also naturally pick up a number of achievements by way of your combat skills and your approach to the weapons.

You can unlock the likes of Strongest Normal Weapon (30G) and Extreme Potential (30G) by focussing on your upgrades. And you will get The Ultimate Defense Technique (15G) by learning to parry well (check out our guide on that.) As well as these, you will unlock a number of achievements tied to the story. For example, First Lie (15G)which you get on entering Hotel Krat, and The Bastards and the Sweepers (15G), which you unlock by beating an unavoidable foe as you first meet Gepetto.

Step 2 – Hunting for specifics
There are some specific achievements that are well off the main path, that you will need to be determined to sniff out. Legion Arm Collector (30G), for example, has you finding all seven Legion Arms for P. Special Weapon Collector (30G) is missable if you break any of your stores of boss Ergo or if you are on your Truth playthrough.

Learning about Emotions (30G), meanwhile, has you finding all of the Gestures and reading specific letters you come across in the world.

Veteran Explorer (30G) has you locating all of the cryptic vessels and bringing them to Vegnini for deciphering. The Story of the Prince (15G) can be missed, if you progress too far in the game without doing certain things. And many of the achievements that begin with “The Story” (The Story of a Stranger Girl (15G), The Story of the Blue Butterfly (15G)) will require some special attention.

Step 3 – Second playthrough and mop up
You will need to play through Lies of P a second time, in order to unlock a different ending. If you committed to lying at every opportunity in your first playthrough, then you will have unlocked Real boy : They all lived happily ever after (70G) and Rise of P (80G) on completing the main quest. Now you can go after Free from the puppet string (70G), which entails telling the truth.

You can also try unlocking Golden Melody (30G) (ironically a silver achievement), which requires you to find all of the collectible gramophone records. It actually requires playing the game through twice, as you can only pick up nine of them (there are a total of 16) on your first playthrough.

There are 42 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Strengthen a normal weapon to its max level.

Whatever your chosen weapon, head to Eugenie’s workshop, in Hotel Krat, and click on the “Upgrade Weapon” option. You will need sufficient amounts of Ergo, of course, and you will also need Moonstones, which you find out in the world and can buy from Polendina’s shop. The maximum level is +10. Select the weapon you wish to upgrade, press button-a.png, and you will unlock this achievement.
  • Strengthen a special weapon to its max level.

    **MISSABLE**

This one is a little fiddly. So, you need to find Alidoro, the Stalker with a wolf’s head at the top of the St. Frangelico Cathedral. Once you have spoken to him and sent him to Hotel Krat, he will set up a shop there. He sells you special weapons, in exchange for the amulets that you have picked up from slain bosses. The reason that this is missable is that you can also break those amulets to get a nice chunk of Ergo from them. Once you have a Special Weapon, you can upgrade in the same way you would a normal weapon. Special Weapons only got +5, though. When you do, this achievement will unlock.
  • Modify a Legion Arm to its max level.

Head to Eugenie’s workshop at Hotel Krat, and you will see, behind her desk, the workbench for Legion Arm upgrades. Click on the option “Modify Legion Arms,” and you will be able to upgrade your arm’s powers. In order to reach your arm’s max level, you will need six Legion Calibers, which you find out in the world while exploring. Get your Legion Arm to its maximum level, and this achievement will unlock.
  • Activate P-Organ to Phase 5.

At Hotel Krat, once you have met and rescued Gepetto and beaten the Scrapped Watchman, you will have the option to upgrade the P-Organ, which sounds filthy but is, in fact, just a way to buff your character. Approach the sinister chair in Gepetto’s office, take a seat, and you will be met with the upgrades screen. You need Quartz to be able to upgrade P, along with some enhancement material – you find these dotted out in the world.

For each ability, you need to slot in a number of materials that give you passive buffs (more damage from Fatal Attacks, Parries granting more Fable energy, etc.). There are five phases to the P-Organ, and you progress each phase by unlocking, at a minimum, two abilities from each phase. You should unlock this achievement around the end of the game.
  • Play a perfect tune on the piano at Hotel Krat.

    **MISSABLE**

In order to unlock this achievement, you have to finish the game. Either of the endings are fine for this achievement. Don’t start a New Game+ just yet; head down to the grand piano, on the ground floor, and interact with it (button-a.png). You will play a lovely melody, and this achievement will be yours.
  • Collect all Legion Arms.

There are seven Legion Arms to find in Lies of P, not counting the Left Arm of Steel, which you start the game with. In order to find them all, you will need to progress through the main story; you can gain legion arms by talking to NPCs and by finding Legion Plugs. These allow you to craft new Legion Arms at Hotel Krat.

Check out our Lies of P Legion Arm Locations guide.
  • Collect all special weapons.

    **MISSABLE**

There are 9 special weapons to find in Lies of P. In order to unlock this achievement, you’ll need all of them. In order to acquire some of them, you will need to exchange boss Ergo, so you can miss this achievement if you consume the Ergo that you get from beating the bosses.

Check out our Lies of P All Special Weapon Locations guide.
  • Collect all normal weapons.

    **MISSABLE**

There are 29 normal weapons to find over the course of the game. In order to unlock this achievement, you’ll need all of them. These can be found out in the world or bought from merchants. Some of the weapons that you can buy from merchants can only be bought at certain times, and, if you miss your window, they are not available later on.

Check out our Lies of P All Normal Weapon Locations guide.
  • Collect and play all records.

    **MISSABLE**

There are 16 records in Lies of P, and you need to play through the game twice in order to get them all. In order to unlock this achievement, you don’t need to listen to them all – just start playing them on the Hotel Gramophone. Once you have done all 16, this achievement will unlock.

Check out our Lies of P All Record Locations guide.
  • Learn all gestures.

There are 17 gestures to learn in Lies of P. You get them by playing through the story, and some you can find hidden away in certain letters and as rewards for doing side quests.

Check out our Lies of P Where to Find All Gestures guide.
  • Decipher all cryptic vessels and claim the rewards.

    **MISSABLE**

Once you have found Venigni, at the Venigni Works Control Room stargazer, and once you have beaten the King’s Flame, Fuoco boss, he will then go to Hotel Krat. Once there, you can bring him any cryptic vessels you find, and he will decipher them for you. There are six cryptic vessels in total.

Check out our Lies of P All Cryptic Vessels and Solutions guide.
  • Discover all Trinity Sanctums.

    **MISSABLE**

There are four Trinity Sanctums in Lies of P, and that means that you will need four Trinity Keys. You get these by answering the King of Riddles’s riddles.

Check out our Lies of P Trinity Key and Sanctum Locations guide.
  • Repair a Stargazer.

This achievement is technically missable, I suppose, because you could opt to make life very hard for yourself and never use a Stargazer. But why on earth would you do that? Stargazer’s are this game’s equivalent to the bonfires in Dark Souls or the lanterns in Bloodborne. The first one you come across is outside the train station, Krat city square. Just walk up to it and press button-a.png.
  • Try to assemble a weapon.

This is a very easy achievement to unlock. When in Hotel Krat, your main hub and safe haven, head over to Eugenie, the weapon’s expert. She is off to the right of the central staircase. As you talk to her, you will see the option to “Assemble Weapon.” You can do a bit of mix and match here, slot the handle of a sword into a fire axe, for example. When you do, this achievement will unlock – no matter how rubbish your creation.
  • Destroy an enemy’s weapon with a perfect guard.

In order to unlock this achievement, you need to get the parry technique down. If you need help with this one, check out our Lies of P How to do a perfect Parry guide. Once you’ve nailed this sometimes-tricky art, all you need to do is pull off a couple of them on one of the clanking basic puppet enemies. After two or three parries, their weapon – be it a sword, candlestick, or whatever – will shatter. And there you have it.
  • Deliver a successful Fatal Attack.

Fatal Attacks are the ones that you perform after successfully staggering an enemy, and they drop to their knees. You can also perform them by getting behind your foe and waiting for the prompt to appear over their back. Check out our Lies of P General Combat Tips guide for the full details. You can unlock this achievement early on, by sneaking up to an enemy (moving at walking speed) and waiting for the prompt to appear.
  • Story-related and unmissable.

The Stalkers in Lies of P are humans who clad themselves in hunter’s attire and animal masks. They go after the puppers, and the first one you will meet is on the bridge. He is called the Mad Donkey, because he wears a donkey head mask. It’s a fairly fierce fight, but if you have your parry down (check out our Lies of P How to do a perfect Parry guide) it shouldn’t trouble you too much. Parry his big and slow strikes, keep careful distance, and you should fell him before too long.
  • Kill all types of Dimensional Butterflies.

There are four sorts of Dimensional Butterflies in Lies of P: yellow, pink, blue, and red. You will come across the butterflies seemingly at random, and you will know when one is nearby the way the Monad’s Lamp will start to glow. The yellow butterflies are the rarest, and the first time that you will spot one is at Lorenzini Arcade. The butterflies also respawn after you visit a Stargazer and refresh that area.
  • Find out about the last story of Venigni.

    **MISSABLE**

If you advance too far in the story, you can accidentally skip this achievement, so stay alert. Rescue Venigni and defeat the King’s Flame, Fuoco boss, so that Venigni sets up shop back at Hotel Krat.

You need to find and read a book, entitled “Scandal! V, the Tragedy Behind the Flamboyance,” which is located in the bathroom at Lorenzini Arcade, next to where the Wandering Merchant has set up.

You also need to make sure that you solve all of Arlecchino, the King of Riddle’s riddles. He contacts you over public telephones, at key points throughout your adventure, and asks you riddles; solve them, and he will give you Trinity Keys. When you reach the last Trinity Sanctum, at Arche Abbey Outer Wall, talk to Arlecchino. There will be a dialogue option called “The truth behind the Venigni incident.” Choose that, and you will get a Moon World Warrior Toy. Give this toy to Venigni, back at Hotel Krat, and you will unlock this achievement. You have to do all of this before you defeat the final boss of Lies of P, Simon Manus.
  • Find out about the last story of Antonia.

    **MISSABLE**

If you tell Polendina not to administer the cure to Antonia, then you won’t be able to unlock this achievement. Here’s how you get it. After you have beaten the Champion Victor, talk to Giangio up in his room in Hotel Krat, give him the Gold Coin Fruit and get him to craft the “Cure for Antonia.” Go and talk to Polendina and ask him to administer the cure.

Then continue through the story until you beat the Laxasia The Complete boss. Once you have, head back to Hotel Krat and talk to Polendina. Then head to Antonia’s wheelchair, in her study, and read the letter. The achievement will then unlock.
  • Find out about the last story of Geppetto.

    **MISSABLE**

In order to unlock this achievement, you need to choose to give Gepetto the heart at the end of the game. When you get to the Under The Abyss stargazer, talk to Gepetto, and you will have the option to give him a heart or to refuse. Choose to give it to him, and you will unlock the Real Boy Ending (see Real boy : They all lived happily ever after (70G)).

Now, you need to not start a New Game+, and instead head back to Hotel Krat. In Gepetto’s study, on his desk, you will find a letter. Read it and you will unlock the achievement.
  • Find out about the last story of Eugénie.

    **MISSABLE**

During Chapter 10, you will encounter Alidoro, the Stalker with the wolf’s head. You will have the chance to kill him – do it. Pick up his Cryptic Vessel and take it to Venigni to solve. Now talk to Eugenie, and you will have the dialogue option “He was Eugénie’s older brother.” That is the truthful answer, by the way, so it makes sense to go after this achievement in your truth playthrough.
  • Find out about the last story of Sophia.

    **MISSABLE**

After you defeat Laxasia The Complete, make sure you choose to “Give Sophia peace.” Then, when you finish the game, choose not to give Gepetto the heart. Beat the Nameless Puppet boss. Don’t start a New Game+, go back to Hotel Krat, and pick up the letter on Gepetto’s desk and read it. This achievement will then unlock.

Secret achievements

  • [Real boy: They all lived happily ever after] Reach the ending.

    **MISSABLE**

When you are in the Under the Abyss area, towards the end of Lies of P, you will have the choice of whether or not to give Gepetto the heart. This is the ending that you get – and the achievement that you unlock – if you choose to give Gepetto the heart. You can unlock this achievement whether you have been truthful or not.

If you save at the Under the Abyss Stargazer and quit, and your save will upload to the cloud. Then, once you have unlocked this achievement, you can hit the Xbox button, hover over Lies of P and click Manage Game, then delete your local save files and force quit the Lies of P app. Then, when you restart the game, it will automatically download your cloud save, and you can go for either Free from the puppet string (70G) or Rise of P (80G), depending on whichever you have decided to go after in your playthrough – honesty or deceit.
  • [Free from the puppet string] Reach the ending.

    **MISSABLE**

To unlock this achievement and see this alternate ending to the game, you have to (a) tell the truth throughout the game, and (b) refuse to give Gepetto the heart towards the end. This will cause you to fight the Nameless Puppet boss, and after you beat it you will unlock this achievement and see the Free from the puppet string ending.
  • [Rise of P] Reach the ending.

    **MISSABLE**

For this ending, you will need to lie your way through Lies of P and then refuse to give Gepetto the heart at the end of the game. You will, again, fight the Nameless Puppet boss, but now a different ending will play out, and you will unlock this achievement.
  • Kill the Nameless Puppet.

    **MISSABLE**

In order to fight the Nameless Puppet, you will need to refuse to give Gepetto the heart at the climax in the Under the Abyss area.

It isn’t a very tough boss, as these things go. During the first phase, its attacks are very easy to perfectly parry, and you can get in some Fatal Attacks to take huge chunks out of its health bar. It’s really the second phase that you need to steel yourself for. The thing’s moves are completely different, and now they’re really fast, too. During this phase, the best thing to do is to sprint clear of its attacks and dodge as carefully as you can, managing your stamina. Run in for some basic swipes and then get your distance – in similar fashion to the King’s Flame Fuoco fight.
  • Tell a lie in front of Hotel Krat Entrance.

    Story-related and unmissable.

Early on in Lies of P, you will be asked to make your way to Hotel Krat, the opulent and Ritzy building right at the heart of the place. When you fight your way to the hotel’s main entrance, the automated security system will ask you if you are a puppet or a human. All you need to do is reply that you are, indeed, a real boy, and the main doors will open. You actually need to lie to enter here, so it doesn't count for the truth/lie playthroughs you're working towards.
  • Kill the Parade Master.

    Story-related and unmissable.

The Parade Master is the game’s first big boss, and he puts up a good fight. Check out our Lies of P General Combat Tips guide for a good grounding in how to beat this sucker. He hits hard, but his attacks are quite slow. A good thing to do is to block his lunges and attack him during straight after; you’ll regain your lost health and you have plenty of time between his attacks. His second phase is slightly tougher; a good tactic is to avoid his wide-ranging attacks by sprinting. Nip in and deal a couple of attacks, but don’t get greedy! You will unlock this achievement, as well as a nice chunk of Ergo.
  • Kill the Scrapped Watchman.

    Story-related and unmissable.

The Scrapped Watchman is a robot policeman who moves around like a spider and crackles with electricity. He actually has quite similar attacks to the parade master (see Parade Master (15G)), a lot of slashes and some ground pounds thrown in. His lateral swipes are perfect attacks to parry – nicely telegraphed and not too fast. This means that it’s easy to get the Scrapped Watchman staggered, so you can get in a few fatal blows. In the second stage of the fight, he will charge himself with electricity. His attacks don’t change all that much, and he is still easily parryable, but be watchful of the floor, as lightning will rain down in key spots as the floor begins to glow.
  • Kill King’s Flame, Fuoco.

    Story-related and unmissable.

Unlike the first couple of bosses, battling the King’s Flame, Fuoco, is more of an exercise in running. His main attacks are blunt-force swings – he has hammers for arms, you see – and he zooms across the room and swivels at the waist, whipping his hammers in wide arcs. If you hold button-b.png and sprint around the room, you can make a lot of headway by skirting his wide, sweeping attacks entirely and nipping in for some quick hits in the lulls. His attacks are also not too difficult to parry. During the second phase, he will set fire to the floor in a massive area-of-effect attack, and he will fire his canons at you. Use the vertical pipes as cover, and sprint in for some quick attacks again. Eventually you’ll whittle him down and unlock this achievement.
  • Kill the Fallen Archbishop Andreus.

    Story-related and unmissable.

Andreus is pretty much an arsehole. He was an archbishop, and now he's a giant slug monster. With arms. The first phase of the fight is actually quite easy. He has some arm-swiping attacks, a tongue-lashing attack, a body slam, and a glowing-red stomp. All of these are quite easy to learn to parry, and his patterns are very predictable. He is also not fond of fire, so use the Flamberge Legion Arm to spew some flames or set your blade alight with a Grindstone.

The second phase is slightly trickier, because you have to deal with the front of the slug and the back. Andreus’s more human body pokes out the back of the giant slug and whips through the air to strike at who. These attacks are best blocked or dodged. Focus on doing damage to the front of the slug monster, as his attacks don’t change all that much from the first phase.
  • Kill the Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood.

    Story-related and unmissable.

This fight is really about focussing on what’s right in front of you. You’re fighting four enemies, which hardly seems fair; however, you’re mostly fighting one, at any one time. The Eldest has a big Cloud-in-Final-Fantasy-VII sword, and his attack patterns are very memorisable. Parries are your friend in the first phase. Note: only go in for one attack, maybe two swipes, but then get out of there, because he doesn’t let up for long.

When the sister jumps into the fight, and starts causing distractions for you, the best thing to do is to lock on to her and strafe. It’s easy to dodge her attacks and also get right behind her, triggering a Fatal Attack, The advantage of this being that you are invincible while performing the Fatal Attack. The same is also true of the guy with the spear; he’s easy to backstab, as his attacks cover distance but are narrowly focussed and easily strafed.

In the third phase, the sword-wielding brother will join in. At this point, after dealing damage steadily to the Eldest brother, you should be nearing the end of the fight anyway, so you won’t have to deal with this last distraction for very long. His attacks aren’t too tough to parry, though, and the best tactic, as with the other siblings, is to try and trigger a Fatal Attack, making you impervious to damage and also, hopefully, bringing the main fight to a close, and unlocking this achievement.
  • Kill Romeo, King of Puppets.

    Story-related and unmissable.

The King of Puppets has big accordion-like arms that lash about, and the best way to avoid damage is to time your evasive dash so that you get in close to his feet. There you can deal a fair chunk of damage, and when he winds up to strike down at you with his arms, this attack is very easy to parry. He is sensitive to electrical attacks, so I would opt for an electric Gindstone, to imbue your favoured weapon with extra charge, or to use the Fulminis Legion Arm, and give him a few good jolts.

In the second phase of the fight, you will be fighting Romeo, a more humanoid figure who lunges at you with a kind of scythe. Really, at this point it feels as if you’re fighting one of the Stalkers. This portion of the fight is possibly easier than the last, as Romeo’s lunges are very telegraphed, and very open to being parried. Fatal Attacks are your friend here, and you should finish him off pretty quickly and unlock this achievement.
  • Kill Champion Victor.

    Story-related and unmissable.

The best thing to do with Champion Victor, a large, clayey lump of a brute, is to use your dodge (button-b.png), rather than parries, to get behind him and deal damage to his back. He is weak to fire, so the Flamberge Legion Arm or a fire Grindstone are both very useful here. Get in for two or three swipes, then get out again. Try to keep your distance, as well, because one of the challenges of this fight is maintaining your stamina.

In the second phase, your tactics don’t need to change all that much, though you should watch out for his stomping attacks, which are easily parried, and also his massive rugy-tackle-style charges, which are easily sprinted around. Keep dealing brief attacks after getting behind Champion Victor, and then getting out the way again.
  • Kill the Puppet-Devouring Green Monster.

    Story-related and unmissable.

The Green Monster of the Swamp is quite a lot like Andreus, the ex-Archbishop, in that you’re essentially fighting a big glistening lump of nastiness. His main attacks are his arm swipes and ground pounds. The patterns of his lunges are easy to learn, and, just like with Andreus, the easiest thing to do is to use fire along with your attacks to whittle him down much quicker.

His second phase, when he turns into the Puppet-Devouring Green Monster, has a few twists thrown in. The monster is now semi-bipedal, and he has a long-range leap, which is simple enough to parry. He also attacks faster and he uses the tentacles on his back for some distance-covering attacks. It’s very reminiscent of Andreus, only without the Archbishop poking out from his back. Get in close and use your parry to finish him off and unlock this achievement.
  • Kill the Corrupted Parade Master.

    Story-related and unmissable.

The Corrupted Parade Master is, as its name implies, a reskin of the original Parade Master (15G), and many of its attacks are much the same. You now have to watch out for extra Decay damage, which builds up on contact – keep an Attribute Purification Ampoule handy to help banish the Decay. Its belly flop attack is easily parried, as its charge-up attack. One aspect of the fight that you now need to watch out for is the beast’s club-like left arm, which deals big damage. Once again, fire is your friend for this fight.
  • Kill the Black Rabbit Brotherhood.

    Story-related and unmissable.

This fight contains some elements of the fight in The Delayed Match (15G), where you had to fight the Eldest. Now, in order to unlock this achievement, you have to fight the other three siblings of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood. The same tactics prevail, in that the best way to deal with these three is to parry their attacks – because they are quite telegraphed – and get behind them. Focus on one at a time; the sword-wielding sibling will leap at you first of all. Trigger a Fatal Attack, and you will not only be covered from the others’ attacks but you’ll deal big damage. Take it one by one, and this achievement isn’t too tough to unlock.
  • Kill Laxasia the Complete.

    Story-related and unmissable.

Laxasia’s attacks hit very hard, indeed, but they also have huge windups, meaning you can parry them once you learn their patterns, and with a bit of practice. Simple blocking is very useful in this fight, because of Laxasia’s pauses between attacks; you can regain chunks of your lost health. The attack where Laxasia drags her sword along the floor and electrifies the ground is best dodged or sprinted from. This fight may take a little while, only because Laxasia’s health bar is beefy, being encased in a chunk suit of armour.

One trick to watch out for is, if you manage to stagger her, she will get one last attack in before slumping down. Make sure you parry or dodge that, before getting in close for a Fatal Attack. During the second phase of the fight, she will fire bolts of lightning at you from the sky. These can be parried and actually fired back at Laxasia for some hefty damage. While she is on the ground, she now moves very quickly, so it’s best not to parry while she is electrified, and instead dodge as best you can. When the electricity is dispersed, she is more easy to parry, and you can get a couple of Fatal Attacks in here. But again, watch out for stagger trick, because in the second phase she sends out a shockwave. If you stagger her, run away, then close in as she slumps down. Once you have bester her, this achievement will be yours.
  • Kill the Awakened God Simon Manus.

    Story-related and unmissable.

In the first phase of the fight, Simon’s attacks are easily parried; he swings a giant ball on the end of a stick. It’s best to get into a rhythm in this first part of the fight. Keep careful distance, make sure that you watch your stamina, and head in for some quick attacks, and a Fatal Attack or two.

In the second phase of the fight, Simon uses many of the attacks that he was using before, only now he throws a Disruption status effect into the works and some wide-sweeping area-of-effect attacks. Keep a Resistance Ampoule handy, because if the Disruption meter fills up then you will die. He has another attack where he will shoot bolts of energy at you, but this is easily sprinted away from or laterally dodged. Keep in mind, too, that Simon is damaged by fire, so the Flamberge Legion Arm and the fire Grindstone are both great tools for this fight. Once you have beaten him, this achievement will unlock.
  • Harvest Gold Coin Fruit.

    Story-related and unmissable.

First, you need to meet Giangio, who you find on the path to the cathedral.
