Introduction:
"The King of the Cosmos once accidentally destroyed all the stars in the universe. He sent his son, the Prince, to Earth and ordered him to create a large katamari.

The Prince rolled the katamari and made the katamari bigger and bigger, rolling up all the things on the earth. The katamari that he created floated in space, sparkling, and brought back the lost starry sky.

As the starry sky was restored, the King's fans gradually grew in number all over the world. The King wanted to respond to the wishes of his fans for his success, and the Prince kept rolling the katamari to make everyone's dreams come true." - xbox.com

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Just play each level, most of them will require two playthroughs and some three. There are different versions of most of the levels and to make the dream come true it will require beating all versions of the levels. As you go through the levels, pick up the cousins. Note that only one cousin can be collected per playthrough of the level, so if there is a level with multiple cousins you will have to play that level multiple times.

Note: You cannot get cousins from Eternal mode.

Once all cousins are collected a special level will be unlocked. Complete that level to make another dream come true and get another achievement.

Play the Elephant and Bird level in Eternal mode to roll up the King first (will need to be over 3000 meters). Press

and exit and the achievement will unlock. Replay the level again and this time the Queen will be there and roll her up (3000 meters at least) and you will get that achievement.

There are five new levels called the King's Memories. Play these and beat them and you will get an achievement.

For the collection achievements, the hardest one is collecting 2000 items but it should unlock naturally while playing the game. I got it about 2/3 through the game.

Once all that is completed you should have all the achievements completed. If the final achievement for getting all the achievements completed hasn't unlocked, play the Rose level and press

to exit and it should unlock!

Multiplayer:
Offered but no achievements are online or co-op

Conclusion:
This is an easy game to play and beat 100%. Getting all the cousins is the most tedious part but with a YouTube guide it will be no trouble.
