The work of solo developer sKaule, Magical Delicacy is a non-violent 2D metroidvania platformer and cooking game inspired by wholesome anime adventures like Kiki's Delivery Service, and it's coming to Xbox Game Pass as a day one release next week.

Set within a world of “witchy wonder”, Magical Delicacy sees exploring the picturesque seaside town of Grat as young witch Flora, developing her magical skills and fulfilling her dreams of becoming a fully-fledged witch. You'll be able to cook up meals and potions for the residents of Grat, discovering their stories in the process.

Gradually, you'll learn that there's more to the harbour town of Grat beneath its idyllic surface, as you create a range of recipes from your upgradeable kitchen using vegetables down in your garden, ingredients from the local shop, earned through quests, and found in and around Grat.

Magical Delicacy will be coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on 16th July, priced $24.99/£20.99, also available day one via Xbox Game Pass.
