Microsoft and Amazon have joined forces to bring the Xbox App to the latest Fire TV Sticks, enabling you to plug and play Xbox games on your TV without an Xbox console. You will need an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, however.

The partnership was announced late last month, with the service to rollout to more than 25 countries, and available for the Fire TV Stick 4K Max and Fire TV Stick 4K, which released last year. Via the Xbox App, you'll be able to play the likes of Forza Motorsport, Starfield, Halo Infinite, Palworld, and loads more.

You can now play Xbox via supported Amazon Fire TV Sticks by signing in to your Microsoft account, and connecting a compatible Bluetooth controller - the Xbox Wireless Controller, Xbox Adaptive Controller, PlayStation 5 DualSense, and PS4 DualShock 4 controller are all supported. Find out more in the trailer below.
