Checkmate! Achievement in Little Kitty, Big City

In the south central part of the map, right at the southern edge and across the street from the supermarket, is a toy store whose door is barely open. Inside, climb on the counter where the cash register is and then swipe all of the chess pieces off the chess board to unlock this achievement.
