    Can this be done in a playlist? I am pretty sure I beat it under 15 min. However it might be due the intro being removed.

    I did this in a playlist on Normal and beat it in 5:58 and it didn't pop for me. I am guessing it must be completed in the regular campaign or it is glitched.
