Heading to his Destiny Achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection

This Easter Egg can be found in the mission, Halo.

On the aforementioned mission, proceed to the area where the seventh terminal is located inside a cave on the cliffside entrance. Opposite the room of the terminal, there is a secret area where this Egg is located. Simply stand on the ledge facing the dark corridor opposite the terminals and perform a grenade jump to reach a horizontal beam inside the chasm. From here, you can perform another jump (crouch or grenade) into the small lit-alcove on the left. Once inside this alcove, turn your flashlight o. In the far left corner, you will spot Jason Jones, the co-founder of Bungie Studios, in gym shorts and unlock the achievement as well.
