    This can easily be achieved on Heroic difficulty without any skulls active so long as you attempt to blow up as many Covenant vehicles as possible yourself, including the Phantom during the first Hornet flight. This popped while I was mainly goofing aroun which involved quite a lot of deaths and reloads so most players should have no trouble.
