No Smoking Achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection

This Easter Egg can be found in the mission, Keyes.

During this mission, continue as you would normally towards your primary objective until you re-enter the Truth and Reconciliation via an energy lift. Once back on board the Covenant ship, you’ll need to make you way towards the command center. Here, you’ll find Captain Keyes in an unfortunate state: assimilated by the Proto-Gravemind.

After the Master Chief retrieves the Captain’s neural implants via a cutscene and fends off against the waves of Flood and Covenant Spec Ops units, search the floor of the command center’s console platform where the Proto-Gravemind’s tentacles are scattered about. You will eventually spot one of the overhanging tentacles holding the Captain’s infamous tobacco pipe. Simply stare at the pipe for a few seconds and this achievement will unlock.
