Lion Heads can only be found in the Inlaid Library (Stage 2). They look like pinwheels, but have a lion head in the middle. Initially, it will probably take two or three runs to kill 3000 cumulatively, but ultimately this will come pretty quick and early in the game. Just replay Stage 2 over and over until this unlocks.
