While this may initially sound like a huge amount of coins to earn in one run, after a handful of hours of gameplay (getting coins to upgrade stats between runs, and unlocking new weapons and items) you'll find yourself consistently able to survive to the end of stages (the 30-minute mark), Many times when your runs last until 30 minutes, you'll end up earning close to 5000 coins. However, as you fully upgrade your Greed stat, and especially if you get a Stone Mask that run, you'll be far exceeding 5000 coins in each of your runs. In later runs, I would average 8,000 to 10,000 coins per run without actively trying for coins. So just give this one some time until you've gotten most of the permanent stats, and you'll find you're meeting this criteria regularly.
