Ok what does that means??? Without continue??

@1 It simply means not dying. A "Continue" is used when the player dies and reloads from the last save.

Just for reference, the achievement applies to using the continue option whenever Sora is knocked out and you get the game over screen. Simply saving often whenever you pass a save point means you can select load game instead of continue and not have to worry about missing the achievement when knocked out.
