They've Always Been Faster Achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection

This achievement must be done on the Normal difficulty (or higher).

At least twice during this mission, you will pass by civilian trucks that can be used to quickly reach your objectives across the map. For the purposes of this achievement, you will want to avoid getting into and/or using these trucks. Instead, you'll want to get to the end of the mission on foot, even using your sprint ability whenever you can, where the achievement will then unlock.
