Chol Von's Not Gonna Like This Achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection

Though you will make some progress toward this naturally as you play through the Campaign several times for other achievements, this can be completed quickly in Firefight.

In the Firefight lobby, click to open the roster. Now select your gamertag, select "Go to Find Player," and search for "Juiiiian." Open this player's file share and, under Game Types, download "Jullian's Skirmisher Guide." From here, return to the Firefight lobby, set the difficulty to Normal, and select this newly downloaded game type variant. Given the customization on this game type, you should have no problem killing enemies quickly without worrying about your health/shields. What's more, while working on this achievement, you will also unlock "Enemies Everywhere!" along the way for completing a Firefight set on Normal or higher.
