Two Places, Same Time Achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection

Private First Class Chips Dubbo is an Australian Marine that serves with the UNSC during the events of the Halo games. You can usually spot him within a firefight due to his think Australian accent and witty remarks. With that said, this achievement is actually quite simple as there doesn't seem to be a definitive location of where Chip Dubbo is. Rather, the achievement tends to unlock randomly when running through any mission that contain UNSC allies, such as Tayari Plaza or ONI Alpha Site. With that said, this achievement will more than likely come naturally to players during their time on the Campaign, so don't worry about needing to do anything special in order to find Chips or trigger a special line of dialogue.
